Steve is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialisit, lifelong athlete and well established coach with over 15 years of professional experience. Steve recently completed his MS in Sport and Exercise Science with a focus on Biomechanics at the University of Northern Colorado where he plans to continue pursuing his doctorate. New athletes can expect a welcoming environment, thoughtful and intentional programming as well as training regiments employing state-of-the-art techniques and proven methodologies. Steve's meticulous program design is based on clinically tested techniques that enhance performance and quality of life while building resilience against anything life has to throw at you!
